We work on exclusive residential and select commercial properties across New York City. That includes co-ops, condos, townhouses, and private residences with rooftop access, backyard space, or both. If you're not sure whether your project is a fit, just reach out and we'll tell you directly.
No. We can connect you with Landscape Architect partners if you don't have one. If you do have an existing design relationship, we integrate directly with your architect's plans and work as the build and installation arm of the project.
We have experience navigating board approvals, DOB filings, and building management requirements across NYC. We advise you on what's needed at the outset and coordinate the process so you're not left doing that work yourself.
Timeline depends on scope and approvals. A backyard redesign can move quickly once scope is locked. A rooftop build with structural work and DOB filings takes longer. We give you a realistic schedule before work begins, in writing, and we stick to it.
Selectively, yes. We take on maintenance contracts for qualifying existing landscapes where the standard of the original work meets ours. Contact us with details and we'll assess whether it's a good fit.
